An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced senior property litigation specialist to join a highly regarded law firm. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse range of clients and handle high-value, complex property disputes within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising and representing a variety of clients, including commercial property owners, occupiers, and residential property portfolio holders, on contentious property matters. Specific areas of focus include:
- Business lease renewals and related disputes
- Service charge disputes
- Dilapidation claims
- Break clause issues
- Alienation provisions
- Commercial rent recovery
- Forfeiture proceedings
- Tenant-related insolvency matters
The Ideal Candidate:
This position is suited to an experienced property litigation Lawyer who is comfortable managing a busy caseload of complex disputes and working collaboratively with both junior and senior team members. The ideal candidate will have:
- Significant experience in property litigation, ideally at partner level
- A track record of successfully advising commercial and residential clients
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- The ability to offer pragmatic, solutions-driven advice in high-pressure situations
- Proven business development skills to expand the firm's client base
