Eden Scott's client who is based in Edinburgh is seeking a Financial Services Administrator to join their growing organisation The successful individual will work in a team who will support and guide them in this role

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
- Assisting in the preparation of client documentation, reports, and financial reviews.
- Responding to client queries via phone and email, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Updating and maintaining accurate client records on internal systems.
- Supporting the team with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

Person Specification

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.






- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A keen interest in financial services and a desire to develop a career in this field.
- Previous experience in an office or customer service role is desirable but not essential.
