About the Role :
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Girls' PE program, aligning with the school's overall vision and educational goals.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive and engaging PE curriculum tailored to the needs of girls.
- Oversee the work of PE teachers within the Girls' PE program, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles.
- Promote the importance of physical and mental well-being among girls, empowering them to achieve their full potential in PE and sports.
The Ideal Candidate :
- Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in PE or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrates a strong passion for PE and a proven track record of success in leading and developing PE programs, particularly for girls.
- Excels in leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and collaboration.
- Has a deep understanding of the National Curriculum for PE and the ability to create innovative and engaging learning experiences.
