Residential Real Estate Partner
South Kensington Salary negotiable based on experience
My client is a well-established and prestigious law firm currently on the lookout for an experience Residential Real Estate Partner to join their team in SW London.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the residential real estate team.
- Handle your own caseload of residential real estate matters.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on complex legal issues.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Contribute to the firm’s business development and marketing initiatives.
- Represent the firm in panels and associations to enhance our professional presence.
The Ideal Candidate :
- At least 8 years PQE within Residential Property
- Proven management experience.
- Strong networking and business development skills.
- Proficient in IT
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Initiative and a proactive, pragmatic approach to work.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
