Fitz Roy are recruiting an experienced Service Manager for our registered service in Newhaven where we provide care, support and enablement to 19 adults with learning disabilities and autism, many of whom also have physical disabilities. You will be joining an established, hard working team who are passionate about making a difference.

Vacancy available:
- Permanent position
- Full time - 37.5 hours per week
- Up to £42,000 per annum DOE
- Possibility to earn up to £1,000 bonus per year

- Experience of managing Learning Disability Support Services
- Minimum Level 3 / NVQ in Health & Social Care

With the support of your Deputy Manager, you will lead, empower and develop a team to ensure a sustainable, quality person-centred service is provided, which can truly transform peoples lives. You will be able to develop relationships with people we support and their families and have strong organisational skills, demonstrating your ability to prioritize your workload effectively and accurately.
