The RoleYou will be responsible for supporting the General Manager & Deputy Manager in delivering a consistently outstanding customer service experience in a high-quality restaurant environment. Key aspects of the role include:
- Leading service from the front through a high level of personal engagement with & recognition of our customers
- Meticulous detail to service standards & ensuring staff are cheerful, welcome, attentive & efficient in looking after our customers.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in training & development of the restaurant team
About you:
- At least 3 years experience as Assistant Manager in a successful high-quality restaurant
- Experience in a London environment helpful
- Experience working within a multi-cultural environment
- A deep interest in Asian cuisines & a liking for spice
We offer:
- Remuneration circa £35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience
