Location: Chelsea, London
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Reporting to: General Manager and Assistant General Manager

- Host Staffing is delighted to present a fantastic role for a Restaurant Manager at a renowned establishment in the heart of Chelsea.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of dedicated staff members.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and health and safety.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end dining environment.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
- Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
