Position:





UK Sales Administrator / 37.50 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

Location: Samsonite Head Office , 5 The Square, Stockley Park, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB11 1ET

Availability: Immediately

JOB DESCRIPTION: UK Sales Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and detailed orientated UK Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at our Head Office in Uxbridge. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our busy department working closely with a small team to process orders efficiently and accurately. This position requires excellent organisational skills, a key eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.

The working week is Monday-Friday and is role is office based (Uxbridge).

JOB ROLE

- Entering orders into the company system.
- To ensure all orders are shipped out accurately and in a timely manner.
- Putting UK and International FOB orders onto the system.
- Processing queries and returns.
- Dealing with customer requests via email or on the phone.
- To assist management with various duties as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Keying Sales orders onto the SAP system
- Providing Order Confirmations and pro-forma invoices to our customers.
- Arranging transportation with Samsonite Belgium Logistics.
- Preparing documentation for Invoicing orders
- Dealing with customers pricing enquiries and returns






- Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team's objectives
- Sending reports out to various people
- Preparing any and all documentation which may be required to accompany a shipment leaving
- Attending internal meetings with other departments regarding shipments
- Dealing with our UK customers and following through any requests.
- Archiving
- Order labels and/or sundries which are pertinent to shipping orders.
- Confident and competent with IT for example MS Office - Word and Excel

Key Skills

- Confident and competent with IT for example MS Office - Word and Excel
- Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.






- Pro-active and a team player yet be able to work on your own initiative.
- Be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
- Be highly organised and methodical.
- Ability to prioritise own workload.
- Previous experience in an administration role is required.
