Lettings Property Manager - Cheltenham - up to £30k

Full Time Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and one in four Saturdays 9.30am - 12.30pm working from home with time off in lieu

My client is a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have built up an impressive reputation in the Cheltenham area. Due to an ever increasing growth within their Lettings department they are now looking for an experienced Lettings Property Manager who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 150 properties.

This role will include all aspects of Property Management including building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, actioning works, issuing section notices, deposit management,





property inspections and dealing with general lettings administration.

Key Skills Required for the Property Management Role:

- Previous Property Management experience is essential
- You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
- You will be accurate, organised, numerate and technology savvy
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure
- Well presented
- Strong attention to detail

Parking Permit Provided

ARLA qualification funded
