The Role:
Working in the Growth Marketing Team, you will be a key player in the next stage of growth for Nothing. We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketer, reporting into the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing to execute our performance media strategy. Working in this results-oriented role, you will be responsible for implementing data-driven campaigns that deliver on our business objectives, with a focus on demand growth, lead generation, and profitable ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing to execute a comprehensive performance media strategy across PPC (e.g. Adwords, PMax), paid social (meta ads, tiktok ads), display (e.g. YouTube)
and Affiliates.
- Day-to-day campaign optimisation of all performance media always-on activations.
- Support in affiliate network negotiations & residency executions.
- Monitor and analyse always-on (AO) & ad hoc campaign performance using advanced analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing A/B testing strategies.
- Deliver weekly reporting across your responsible performance media touchpoints, that provide insights into campaign performance and ROI.
- Support in tag management and attribution for paid media globally.
Requirements:
- Technical knowledge of PPC advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Microsoft Advertising, Google Ad Manager) .
- Proven track record in successful growth & revenue delivery through paid media channels.
- GA4 experience is essential.
- Media agency or client side in-house media team experience preferred.
- Commercially & analytically minded. Pride in being a problem solver.
