Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager:

- Support the Store Manager in daily retail operations and ensure the store runs smoothly.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Assist in managing inventory, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Foster a positive and engaging store environment that reflects our brand values.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
