A FTSE 250 property company working at their Executive office in Central London.
Your new role
Duties will include:

First point of contact for the London office to deal with correspondence and telephone calls, post, visitors and ensuring urgent messages are actioned promptly.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive, Regional Chair, and other Directors in the office, including managing schedules, organising meetings, and handling correspondence.
First point of contact management including dealing with queries and collating documents.
Arrange and coordinate meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. Ensure all logistical aspects are handled smoothly.






Oversee office supplies and equipment maintenance. Ensure the executive office environment is well-organised and professional.
Organise and manage travel plans, including booking flights, accommodation, and transport where required.
Prepare, review, and distribute documents and reports. Maintain confidential files and records.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the Chief Executive and Regional Chair.What you'll need to succeed You must have previous experience in a PA role, ideally within the construction or property industry.
This role is four days per week, with a full-time equivalent salary of up to £40k.
