Salt have partnered exclusively with a global entertainment business to find them a social media manager. My client is known for contributing to charitable and social causes across the UK and Europe. Originally based in Europe, they have taken on a household name business and are now going through a digital and technical transformation. You’ll be joining a large team of social media and performance marketers.

The Role:

· Shape and deliver brand’s social media platforms, organic content, and influencer marketing campaigns.

· Develop new and innovative storytelling techniques across Instagram, FB, TikTok, Twitter and YouTube.







· Collaborate with owned and earned teams to ensure campaigns and messaging are aligned.

· Brief in-house creative team across reactive and planned social opportunities.

· Develop and manage social media content calendars.

· Work alongside paid social team and agency.

· Create detailed analysis and report on the success of campaigns.

· Work with stakeholders to oversee all approvals for content publishing within a regulated industry.

· Manage and mentor a direct report.

The Person:

· 3+ years of experience in social media management within a brand or agency.

· Proven ability to grow organic social media channels.

· Exceptional background with storytelling and brand awareness strategies.

· Brilliant copywriting skills.

· Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.

· Experience growing TikTok channel a big plus.

· Experience within a regulated industry desirable.
