The Company

With significant growth opportunities they are now positioned to recruit a Financial Controller to help develop a best-in-class finance function.
The Role
Working closely with the CFO this is a unique opportunity to play a key role in helping to shape and drive forward a business. Leading a small finance team you will have responsibility for planning, organising, directing and controlling the finance function to ensure high quality accounting takes place across the business.
With excellent IT skills you will also be instrumental in improving key management information and the development of system improvements, working closely with colleagues across the business.
The Candidate
As a qualified accountant you will ideally have had experience of Group reporting, being both detail orientated and technically strong with a track record of driving through "best practice" in an organisation. With a good track record of developing and mentoring team members, you will be a positive personality, able to demonstrate and uphold the values of the business.
