Job Title: Residential Conveyancer Location: St Helens, Liverpool Salary: Depends on Experience About the Residential Conveyancing Role: My client is a well-established high street firm in St Helens, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our local community. We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our dynamic team. Position Overview: As a Residential Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in managing residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. You will work closely with clients, estate agents, and other professionals,
ensuring that all legal requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
- Conduct thorough legal research and due diligence, including property searches and title investigations.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to ensure smooth communication throughout the transaction process.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records and case management systems.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of departmental processes and client service.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 experience in residential conveyancing.
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
