Job description
We are actively seeking experienced Adult Social Workers for the locality team. We recently recruited for the Mental Capacity project in the service which works alongside the locality team taking care of the Mental Capacity Assessments, freeing up your workload and allowing you to dedicate your focus to the pure safeguarding elements of the role.

Regular Development Conversations : Managers meet every two weeks to discuss training needs and implement support measures promptly.

Flexible Working Arrangements : Enjoy a mix of working from home and office attendance. Typically, you'll need to be in the office once a week when on duty, although this can vary between teams.
Immediate Interview and Start : We can arrange interviews ASAP and have vacancies ready for immediate start. However,
we are willing to wait for the right candidate if necessary, understanding the importance of filling team gaps with the right fit.
Requirements :
- Qualified and registered social worker.
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults.
- Eager to work in a supportive and progressive environment.
Requirements :
- Degree in Social Care
- Experience in adult's safeguarding
- Social Work England Registration
