We are currentlypartnering with a wellrespected secondary school in Surrey toidentify an exceptional Drama Teacher to join their faculty.

PositionSummary
As a Drama Teacher youwill play a pivotal role in fostering students passion for theperforming arts. You will be responsible for delivering engagingand comprehensive drama instruction across Key Stages 3 and 4empowering students to develop their confidence communicationskills and artistic expression.
KeyResponsibilities
- Designand deliver inspiring drama lessons that align with the nationalcurriculum and schools educationalphilosophy.
- Create a supportive and inclusivelearning environment where students feel empowered to explore theircreativity and take risks.
- Assess and monitorstudent progress providing constructive feedback to support theirartistic development.
- Direct and produce schoolproductions showcasing students talents and fostering a sense ofcommunity and collaboration.
- Collaborate withcolleagues within the Arts department and across the wider schoolcommunity to enhance the performing artsprogram.
Qualificationsand Experience
- ABachelors degree in Drama Theatre Studies or a relatedfield.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) orequivalent teaching certification.
- Demonstratedexperience teaching Drama at the secondarylevel.
- A passion for the performing arts and acommitment to inspiring students to reach their fullpotential.
- Excellent communicationinterpersonal and organizationalskills.
