KeyResponsibilities :
- Deliverengaging and effective lessons to Year 6 students ensuring thateach child reaches their full potential.
- Planand implement a curriculum that meets the diverse needs of alllearners.
- Assess and monitor student progressproviding regular feedback and support.
- Fostera positive classroom environment that encourages studentparticipation and collaboration.
- Workcollaboratively with colleagues parents and the wider schoolcommunity to enhance the educational experience of ourstudents.
- Prepare students for their transitionto secondary school ensuring they are equipped with the necessaryskills andknowledge.
EssentialRequirements :
- QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) with significant experience teaching Year6.
- Proven track record of raising attainmentand delivering highquality teaching andlearning.
- Strong knowledge of the NationalCurriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Excellentclassroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivatestudents.
- A commitment to ongoing professionaldevelopment and a passion for innovative teachingpractices.
- Strong communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build positiverelationships with students parents andcolleagues.
