6 Months Fixed Term (Initially)
37.5 Hours Per Week - Hybrid (1 Day a week in our Milton Keynes HQ)
£23,944 (Pro Rata)
Job Opportunity
- Perform comprehensive screening and reference checks to assess the suitability of potential employees.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations within the department.
- Implement and maintain robust quality control measures to uphold high standards of service.
- Pay close attention to detail in all aspects of work to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Craft clear and concise emails and communications to minimize the risk of misunderstandings, both in written and verbal forms.
- Identify and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance as outlined in Service Level Agreements (SLAs), focusing on high-priority tasks to meet critical deadlines.
- Conduct and organize audits to assess and ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency within the department.
- Ensure compliance to BS7858, experience would be advantageous, but a willingness to learn is great!

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- 5-year checkable work history
- Hybrid working required 1 day in the Milton Keynes Head Office
