Director of Nursing (RN)
WASHINGTON
Salary : $100,000 -$150,000
Job Summary :
Are you ready to make a real impact in the field of nursing? A leading healthcare provider in Vancouver, WA is seeking an energetic and dedicated Director of Nursing (RN) to lead and inspire our nursing team!
In this role, you will oversee all nursing services for both voluntary and involuntary inpatient populations. Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing medical outcomes and elevating the quality of care we provide.

What You’ll Do :
- Collaborate with program directors and key personnel to ensure seamless coordination of medical services
- Play a key role in developing innovative new programs
- Regularly review and update medical policies and procedures to keep them current and effective
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all patient care activities
- Lead and support the orientation, training, supervision, and retention of an amazing nursing team
- Ensure 24 / 7 coverage by assisting with physicians' schedules and providing on-call availability for critical situations
- Conduct rounds to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations
- Supervise LPNs, RNs, and MA / CNAs, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
What We’re Looking For :
- BSN in Nursing (Required)
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Washington (Required)
- Previous experience working with behavioral health populations (Required)
