Your Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Occupational Therapist who wants to make a difference to people’s live’s to join the Front Door Team of Adult Social Care.
About You
As a Qualified and Registered Occupational Therapist you will contribute to a full multi-disciplinary team and hold a small, short term case load for assessment,
supporting residents to maximise their strengths, wellbeing and independence.

Our Front Door Team is a key and valued service within Adult Social Care’ Operating Model.
The team consists of Social Workers, Social Care Officers, Referral and Information Officers and Occupational Therapists.
Together we are the first point of contact for residents and professionals who need advice and support from a range of services, agencies or community offers.
The team works closely with partners such as NWAS, GMP, Stockport Family and ASC teams to triage and prioritise referrals to ensure people receive a timely and appropriate response to their enquiry.
You will be joining a service area where strong collaborative relationships already exist between partners such as Stockport Homes, the Police, Drug and Alcohol Team and Third Party Community Services.
