Night Veterinary Surgeon
£65,000 - £80,000 per year

With a flexible shift pattern of 7 nights on,
14 nights off (Monday to Sunday, 7pm - 9am), you'll enjoy an excellent work-life balance, giving you plenty of time for personal pursuits alongside professional growth.

What You'll Do
As a Night Veterinary Surgeon, you will :
- Provide exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures
- Communicate with compassion, giving clients clear updates on their pets' health
- Maintain top-tier regulatory and practice compliance standards
- Craft personalised treatment plans with accurate cost estimates
- Mentor and develop the team, ensuring they're working at their full potential
- Perform smooth clinical handovers and coordinate out-of-hours or advanced care for patients
- Share and promote clinical best practices across the team and wider community
Who You Are
The ideal candidate will :
- Be an RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Have a proven track record of providing outstanding patient and client care
- Thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Possess strong clinical leadership abilities
- Demonstrate experience in fostering a progressive clinical culture
- Be experienced in supporting nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures
- Be skilled in coaching and mentoring colleagues to help them excel
