U-Educate is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Unqualified Teacher in a secondary school in Fareham.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain on track with their work and maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain experience in the education sector or pursue a career in teaching.

Responsibilities :







- Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and follow provided lesson plans
- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
- Ensure student behaviour is in line with school policies
- Support students in their learning, providing guidance and assistance as needed
- Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents / guardians when required

Requirements :

- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to apply)
- 2 recent references available
- Right to work in the UK
- Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willingness to complete free training provided by us)
