PositionOverview :
The successful candidatewill be instrumental in delivering a comprehensive and engagingMathematics curriculum to students across Key Stages 3 4 and 5.
Therole entails fostering a dynamic and inquirybased learningenvironment that encourages critical thinking problemsolving skillsand a deep understanding of mathematicalconcepts.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Designand deliver inspiring Mathematics lessons that align with thenational curriculum and the schools educationalphilosophy.
- Create a stimulating classroomatmosphere that promotes student engagement andparticipation.
- Assess and monitor studentprogress providing constructive feedback to facilitate individualgrowth.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagueswithin the Mathematics department and across the school to enrichthe learning experience.
- Stay abreast ofcurrent pedagogical approaches and developments in Mathematicseducation.
Qualificationsand Experience :
- ABachelors degree or higher in Mathematics or a closely relatedfield.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or anequivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstratedexperience teaching Mathematics at the secondarylevel.
