Weekend Veterinary Surgeon
Up to £60,000 per year (FTE)

Job Type : Part-Time, Permanent

We offer a part-time weekend role (09 : 00-19 : 00) with flexible rotations. Choose to work every weekend, 1 : 2, or 1 : 3 depending on your preference - making this the perfect role to balance your professional and personal life!

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Weekend Veterinary Surgeon, you will :
- Deliver top-tier clinical care during consultations and procedures
- Keep clients informed with clear updates on patient care
- Maintain high standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance
- Tailor treatment plans and provide accurate cost estimates
- Mentor and develop the team, enhancing their skills and knowledge
- Complete clinical handovers and manage out-of-hours care when necessary
- Share and promote clinical best practices across the team
Your Skills and Experience
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional care to both patients and clients
- A team player with strong clinical leadership skills
- Experience in cultivating a progressive clinical culture
- Competent in nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures
- Skilled in mentoring and coaching team members
