Location : Merlin Court (Bromley) & Mallard Court (Beckenham)(Onsite)

About the role
We’researching for a Scheme Manager to join our friendly and hard-workingteam at A2Dominion.
More about the role
1. Beaccountable for Health & Safety and Fire safety checks including comprehensiveand clearly auditable records. Effective liaison between internal departmentsas necessary.
2. Effective management of the building and estate to ensure effective health andsafety management, security, and cleanliness of the site.
This will includethings such as reporting repairs, undertaking fire alarms, conducting pull cordchecks and effective recording of this.
3. Assist the Housing and Lettings Team by completing viewings, assessments,tenancy sign up and induction meetings to ensure customers understand thetenancy agreement, their rights and obligations, service specification andproperty facilities, complying with legislative and
accreditation requirements.
4. Effectively manage the termination of tenancies and associated liaison with thevoids, lettings team and contractors.
5. To provide a person-centred service to our customers that encapsulates our Retirement Living’ ethos utilising the provided tools and guides available.
6. Accountable for appropriate and effective safeguarding reporting and actions,in line with legislation and internal reporting systems.
7. Be responsible for customer engagement and consultation, facilitate customers’aspirations for social and wellbeing activities, proactively engaging withcare, statutory, and voluntary agencies, ensuring the service and site isaccessible to all.
8. Manage facilities including guest rooms and communal room bookings.
9. To manage low level ASB cases in accordance with policies and proceduresworking with the Housing team and provide clear guidance to customers reportingASB.
10. Provide customers with advice and facilitating move to alternativeaccommodation as required.
11. To be the point of contact and liaison with all relevant agencies, bothstatutory and voluntary as required.
12. Assist customers to claim Housing Benefit and other welfare benefits, toensure rent arrears are reduced and rent is paid regularly and on time.
13. To be responsible for regularly monitoring and reporting on the generalsafety and wellbeing of customers, including signposting, and referringcustomers to support services’ where appropriate.
14.
To manage low level complaints or dissatisfaction on site in accordancewith A2Dominion Policy.

You are experienced with working with vulnerable people and community groups
Experienced, maintaining buildings health and safety requirements including regular inspections and monitoring and have
