Job description
We areseeking an Investment Associate to join a European EnergyTransition fund based in London. The successful candidate will beresponsible for tasks such as financial modelling due diligenceprocess management investment analysis and investment paperdrafting.
This role involves working closely with senior teammembers to assess investment opportunities perform financialanalysis and support decisionmakingprocesses.
THEROLE :
- Conductfinancial modelling andanalysis
- Performdue diligence on potentialinvestments
- Assistin managing investment processes anddocumentation
- Draftinvestment papers andreports
- Collaboratewith senior team members on key investmentdecisions
Requirements
- 24years of experience in energy transition investment banking orinfrastructureinvesting
- Stronganalytical skills with proficiency in financialmodelling
- Experiencein due diligence and investmentanalysis
- Excellentproblemsolving and decisionmakingabilities
- Effectivecommunication skills both verbal andwritten
- Bachelorsor Masters degree in Finance Economics or a relatedfield
- AdditionalEuropean languages are a plus but notrequired
