Role Overview :
As a Retail Sales Representative , you will be working face-to-face with consumers at various retail locations and events throughout Manchester.
You will represent Aim's energy solutions, educating and guiding customers toward more sustainable and cost-effective choices for their energy needs.
This entry-level role is perfect for those who enjoy engaging with customers and want to make a real difference in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Engagement : Actively approach and engage customers in retail and event environments, providing information and insights into Aim’s renewable energy solutions.
- Product Demonstrations : Present Aim’s products and services effectively,
demonstrating their benefits and helping customers understand the value of switching to sustainable energy.
- Sales Targets : Meet and exceed individual sales targets through effective communication and tailored customer service, ensuring each interaction is informative and professional.
- Relationship Building : Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and promoting ongoing engagement with Aim.
- Sales Campaigns : Collaborate with the team to implement retail campaigns, bringing creative ideas to improve customer experience and sales performance.
- Training and Development : Participate in regular training sessions to keep up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques, ensuring you are well-prepared to provide customers with the best solutions.
- Performance Monitoring : Track and report your progress, utilizing Aim’s systems to log customer interactions and monitor sales achievements.
