Experienced Care Practitioner Dayshift Position. Fleetwood Hall Care HomeHours : 27.5 hours per weekSalary : £11.49 per hourShifts : 8am-8pm, 8am-2pm, and 2pm-8pmFleetwood Hall Care Home, part of Sandstone Care Group, is a modern, 62-bed residential facility located near the Lancashire coast.

As an experienced Care Practitioner at Fleetwood Hall, your responsibilities will include : Utilizing your expertise to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents, addressing their individual physical, emotional, and social needs.
Leading and mentoring less experienced team members to uphold our high standards of care.Supporting residents with personal care, daily activities, and fostering an environment where they can thrive based on their unique interests and abilities.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and maintaining the highest standards within the home.Collaborating effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure that each resident’s care plan is followed and reviewed.
Participating in ongoing professional development and training to stay updated on the latest in care practices and innovations.
