RN - Coronary ICU (CCU) - Join Our Critical Care Team
Schedule : Full-time, Days / Nights, Rotating Weekends
Job Overview :
We're seeking a compassionate and skilled RN to join our 26-bed Coronary ICU team! Our CCU provides a unique opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with patients and families, with less intense cases allowing for more personalized care .
Responsibilities :
- Deliver high-quality care to critically ill or injured patients
- Utilize strong assessment and clinical skills to manage patients with various disorders (e.g., heart failure, respiratory distress, sepsis)
- Excel in interpersonal, communication, leadership, time management, critical thinking,
and decision-making skills
- Lead interdisciplinary collaboration for well-coordinated patient care
Ideal Candidate :
To excel in this role, you'll bring :
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Current Kansas RN licensure (or multistate license)
- BLS & ACLS certification (BLS required to start)
- Acute care nursing experience (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, emotional environment
- 6 months - 1 year of ICU experience (ideal)
Considered Experience :
- Long Term Care (LTC) RN
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) RN (strong candidates)
- Case Manager RNs with floor nursing experience
What We Offer :
- Competitive salary : $30.00 - $39.60 / hour
- Night differential : $3.25
- Weekend differential : $4.50 (Fri 11 : 00 - Sun 11 : 00)

Onboarding :
