They are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join their esteemed faculty. This full-time,
permanent position offers a unique platform to cultivate a love for mathematics and inspire the next generation of mathematicians.
Position Overview :
The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering a comprehensive and engaging Mathematics curriculum to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
The role entails fostering a dynamic and inquiry-based learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of mathematical concepts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver inspiring Mathematics lessons that align with the national curriculum and the school's educational philosophy.
- Create a stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes student engagement and participation.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Mathematics department and across the school to enrich the learning experience.
- Stay abreast of current pedagogical approaches and developments in Mathematics education.
Qualifications and Experience :
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics or a closely related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary level.
