Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Job Overview :
We're seeking an exceptional Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead our nursing team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
As a key member of our management team, you'll oversee unit operations, drive quality improvement initiatives, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure seamless patient care coordination and delivery
- Collaborate on quality improvement initiatives and staff development
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and staff scheduling
- Manage inventory, supplies,
and equipment
- Support employee engagement and service recovery efforts
Ideal Candidate :
To excel in this role, you'll bring :
- 2+ years of acute care leadership experience (Level 1 Trauma center preferred)
- Clinical practice experience in the unit's specialty
- RN diploma; BSN preferred
- Current RN licensure in MO (or compact license)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certifications (within 30 days of hire)
- Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
