About the Role :
As an Events Sales Assistant , you will play a crucial role in our sales efforts during events held throughout Manchester.
Your main responsibility will be to engage with attendees, promote our clients’ services, and inspire them to support through donations or purchases.
This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales and enjoy building meaningful relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Event Preparation : Assist in the setup and coordination of promotional events, ensuring that all materials are prepared and ready for engagement with attendees.
- Customer Interaction : Engage with potential customers at events,
providing detailed information about our clients’ offerings and inspiring them to take action.
- Sales Support : Work closely with the sales team to achieve event-specific sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Lead Generation : Identify and document potential leads from event interactions, facilitating follow-ups to convert them into loyal customers.
- Brand Representation : Act as a brand ambassador for our clients, articulating their mission and value proposition to encourage support and engagement.
- Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback during events to help refine our strategies and improve future engagements.
- Team Collaboration : Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that enhance overall event success and sales performance.
Requirements :
- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas, unfortunately.
- Must not have applied to any of our openings in the past 30 days.
- Availability to work full-time, including weekends and evenings,
as required for various events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Strong enthusiasm for sales and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
