We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic SENTeaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary schoolcommunity.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Provideoneonone and small group support to students with specialeducational needs.
- Assist in the implementationof Individual Education Plans(IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers parents andother professionals to create a supportive learningenvironment.
- Adapt teaching materials andstrategies to meet the diverse needs ofstudents.
- Promote a positive and inclusiveclassroom atmosphere.
- Monitor and recordstudent progress providing feedback to teachers andparents.
Qualificationsand Skills :
- Experienceworking with children with special educational needs ispreferred.
- A relevant qualification ineducation or SEN support isadvantageous.
- Patience empathy and a genuinepassion for working with children.
- Strongcommunication and teamwork skills.
- Ability toadapt to changing needs and work effectively underpressure.
- A commitment to continuousprofessionaldevelopment.
