Customer Service Advisor
Newry
£23-27k (DOE)
I am delighted to be working with a leading commercial vehicles company, who due to expansion, are looking for a Customer Servicer Advisor person to join them on a permanent basis!
Working Hours :
- 8.30-5pm (training period)
- 9.00-5.30pm (after training)
- Biweekly weekend work per rota (8.30-1pm)
The role :
- First point of contact for customers
- Processing bookings / services
- Updating customer and vehicle database
- Managing customer accounts and providing high level of customer service
- Inbound and outbound sales calls
- General administration
- Other ad hoc duties as required
About you :
- Previous customer service / sales support experience
- Good IT skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
