A positive attitude and a passion for helping children learn are a must! The client is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Teacher of Science who can motivate and inspire pupils cross both Key Stage 3 and 4 to join our forward-thinking Science department.
Experience of teaching Chemistry would be advantageous but is not essential. This role is offering full time hours on a permanent basis.
Your role will include :
- Planning and teaching
- Assessing following the school marking policy
- Promoting good progress and outcomes
- Adapting teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of pupils
- Managing behaviour effectively
- Demonstrating good curriculum knowledge
- Liaising with parents
Requirements for the role include being a committed and talented teacher who is able to promote the schools ethos and values.
The school is looking for someone who is a caring and nurturing person, adaptable and flexible with your methods as well as resilient and patient with challenging behaviors.
