Your Role as a Marketing and Communication Assistant :
As a Marketing and Communication Assistant , your primary focus will be to support our sales efforts through face-to-face marketing and communication strategies.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Customer Engagement : Actively engage with potential customers at events, community spaces,
and door-to-door settings to promote our renewable energy solutions and drive sales.
- Sales Support : Assist the sales team by preparing marketing materials, presentations, and product demonstrations to effectively communicate our services and engage customers.
- Marketing Campaign Execution : Work alongside the marketing team to implement campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement and sales conversion.
- Market Research : Conduct research on customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities for tailored sales strategies and targeted marketing approaches.
- Communication Management : Handle customer interactions with professionalism, ensuring clear, effective, and persuasive communication that aligns with our brand values.
- Lead Generation : Support the sales team by generating new leads through outreach activities and follow-up with potential customers to encourage further engagement.
- Event Participation : Attend and participate in marketing events, product launches,
and other sales-focused activities to maximize customer outreach and brand visibility.
- Team Collaboration : Collaborate closely with both marketing and sales teams to share insights and develop strategies for increasing customer acquisition and retention.
- Training and Development : Participate in continuous training programs to enhance your sales and marketing skills, ensuring you stay current with industry trends and techniques.
Qualifications :
- Education : A-levels or equivalent qualifications are required; a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
- Experience : Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is beneficial but not required. An interest in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
- Skills : Strong communication,
interpersonal, and persuasive skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and influence decisions.
- Adaptability : Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and adapt to different marketing and sales situations.
- Proficiency : Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous.
