ThePosition

As a Music Teacher youwill be instrumental in developing and delivering a comprehensivemusic curriculum to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.







You willcreate a stimulating and engaging learning environment thatencourages students to explore their musical potential fosteringtheir creativity selfexpression and technicalskills.

KeyResponsibilities

- Designand implement inspiring and innovative music lessons aligned withthe national curriculum and the schools educationalethos.
- Cultivate students musical talentsthrough a range of activities including instrumental instructionvocal training music theory and performanceopportunities.
- Assess student progress provideconstructive feedback and tailor instruction to meet individualneeds and learning styles.
- Collaborate withcolleagues within the Music department and across the school toorganize and lead concerts ensembles and other musicalevents.
- Foster a positive and inclusiveclassroom culture that celebrates diversity and encourages allstudents to participate in musicalactivities.

QualificationsandExperience

- Bachelorsdegree in Music or a related field.
- QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teachingcertification.
- Proven experience teaching Musicat the secondary level.






- Proficiency in avariety of musical instruments and genres.
- Adeep understanding of music theory history and performancepractices.
