About the Role :
- Design and deliver engaging and informative Business Studies lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum.
- Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of key business concepts, including finance, marketing, and management.
- Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, as applicable).
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Business Studies department and other departments to create interdisciplinary projects and enhance the overall learning experience.
- Contribute to the school's careers program and help students develop essential skills for future success.
The Ideal Candidate :
- Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Business Studies or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrates a strong passion for business and a captivating teaching style.
- Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management.
- Fosters a positive and inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity and individual creativity.
