PositionOverview :
The successful candidatewill play an integral role in delivering a comprehensive andengaging Business and Economics curriculum to students across KeyStages 4 and 5.
The role entails fostering a stimulating learningenvironment that promotes critical thinking analytical skills and asound understanding of business principles and economicconcepts.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Designand deliver captivating Business and Economics lessons that alignwith the national curriculum and the schools educationalethos.
- Create a dynamic classroom atmospherethat encourages student engagement participation and independentthinking.
- Assess and monitor student progressproviding constructive feedback to facilitate individualgrowth.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagueswithin the Business and Economics department and across the schoolto enhance the learning experience.
- Stayabreast of current economic trends business developments andpedagogicalapproaches.
Qualificationsand Experience :
- ABachelors degree or higher in Business Economics or a relatedfield.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or anequivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstratedexperience teaching Business and Economics at the secondarylevel.
