Registered Nurse - Med / Surg

Job Overview :
We're seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our Medical Surgical team! Our unit cares for adult patients with various medical, surgical, cardiac, or neurologic conditions, offering a diverse and rewarding environment to expand your nursing expertise.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and create personalized care plans
- Provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed staff
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Utilize disease-specific protocols and standards of care
Ideal Candidate :
To excel in this role, you'll bring :
- 1+ year of acute care RN experience (does not need to be recent)
- ADN or BSN degree from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in MO (or compact license)
- BLS certification upon hire
Unit Highlights :
- 49-bed unit with 6 : 1 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Specialty units : Neuro, Ortho, Nephrology
- Level I Trauma Facility - stable patients, minimal drips

What We Offer :
- Competitive salary : $30.04 - $41.50 (based on experience)
