- Deliver engagingand intellectually stimulating Economics lessons for KS3 KS4 and / orKS5 students.
- Develop and implement innovativelesson plans aligned with the National Curriculum and the schoolsethos.
- Create a positive and inclusive learningenvironment that fosters critical thinking problemsolving andanalytical skills.
- Effectively assess studentprogress and provide constructive feedback to promote academicgrowth.
- Collaborate with colleagues within theEconomics department and across the wider school to ensure thecontinuous development of a robustcurriculum.
- Remain current with the latestteaching methodologies and developments in the field ofEconomics.
Qualifications& Experience :
- Astrong academic background in Economics with a relevantdegree.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PostGraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) inEconomics.
- Proven experience in teachingEconomics at the secondary school level (KS3 KS4 and / or KS5desirable).
- A demonstrably passionate andengaging teaching style.
- Excellentcommunication interpersonal and organizationalskills.
