Supply Teacher Vacancy - January Start
Position : Supply Teacher
Location : Chelmsford and Surrounding areas
Start Date : January 2025
Salary : Competitive, based on experience
Contract Type : Temporary, Full-time / Part-time (Flexible)
Subject Areas : General cover for Secondary students
Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher or cover supervisor looking for flexible teaching opportunities in the new year?
We are recruiting to grow our supply team to be able to support the secondary schools within the area from January 2025.
Whether you are a experienced teacher or a newly qualified teacher,, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum across various subjects (or a specialist subject).
- Provide continuity in education during staff absences, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with the school’s policies.
- Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and student needs.
- Support students’ learning and development, ensuring progress is maintained.
Requirements :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (desired)
- Hold a degree
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to work in a variety of educational settings.
- A flexible and positive approach to teaching.
- A passion for inspiring and motivating young learners.
