Cardiac Cath Lab
KANSAS
Compensation : $77,000 - $115,000 (plus case-by-case sign-on bonus and relocation assistance)
Job Overview :
We're seeking an exceptional Cardiac Cath Lab Manager to spearhead the daily operations of our Cardiovascular departments.
As a key member of our leadership team, you'll oversee workflow, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide administrative expertise to drive excellence in Imaging Services.
Ideal Candidate :
To excel in this role, you'll bring :
- Current ARRT registry or Kansas RN licensure (or multi-state licensure)
- Graduate of a Radiologic Technology or professional nursing program
- Bachelor's degree
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- 1+ year of leadership experience in Cath Lab RN or RT roles
- Proven track record of team building, clinical expertise, and leadership acumen
Responsibilities :
- Strategic planning and operational management of Cardiovascular departments
- Collaboration with Imaging Services leaders to drive workflow efficiency
- Administrative support for departmental operations
- Leadership and guidance for Cath Lab teams
- Absence coverage for Director-level responsibilities
