Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the annual sales plan with complete P&L; ownership.
- Create joint business plans aligned with channel and sales strategies.

- Identify new business opportunities to enhance market share.
- Monitor sales performance and manage account investments.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a degree and has experience in customer account management within the FMCG sector.
- Familiarity with top grocery and food retailers is preferred.
- Demonstrates the ability to manage a P&L; and possesses excellent commercial acumen.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Has a proven track record of achieving sales profitability and budget goals.
