We are seeking a motivated Junior Digital Project Coordinator to support our digital project management initiatives. This role is perfect for individuals eager to learn about marketing, content management, and website launches. You will assist in managing digital projects that align with our marketing strategies and business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support:
- Assist in managing digital projects, including website updates, content creation, and marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines, ensuring timely task completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track project progress.
Marketing & Content Assistance:
- Support the marketing team in aligning project goals with overall strategies.
- Assist in the creation and deployment of digital content, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Help manage SEO and other digital marketing initiatives.
Website Launch Support:
- Aid in planning new website launches, including content migration and quality assurance checks.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure user-friendly websites.
- Monitor website performance post-launch and assist in making data-driven recommendations.
Collaboration:
- Work with various stakeholders across departments to facilitate effective communication.
- Assist in managing competing priorities to ensure project success.
Communication:
- Provide regular updates to team members and stakeholders regarding project status.
- Participate in project meetings and workshops to keep all parties informed.
Quality Assurance:
- Help ensure all digital projects meet established quality standards.
- Assist in tracking project performance metrics and identifying potential risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in digital project management or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO and content marketing.
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
is a plus.
- Interest in UX/UI design principles and web development processes.
- Certification in project management (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
