Job Description - Head of Operations Location: Remote (in the UK). Semi-regular time at our office in Leeds. Terms: Permanent Salary/rate: £45-65k plus bonus, benefits and equity Requirements: Our projects are national and travel can be expected with this role. Nights away will be kept to a minimum and you'll be trusted to manage your own activity to get the job done. About us:

Why we're hiring: We're hiring for this role because we're at a critical stage in our journey as a startup, and we need someone who can help us build our entire operational function from the ground up. We're industry experts, what we're looking for is an implementation expert.
We need someone who's excited about tackling the challenge of turning a fresh slate into a well-oiled machine. The immediate priority is establishing a proof of concept and figuring out how we work-everything from building processes and supply chains to recruiting a team that can grow with us. As we scale, the complexity of what we're doing will grow too, and we need someone who can lay the foundation now for long-term, scalable success. This role is key to our ability to deliver projects end-to-end,
from survey to install to ongoing maintenance. We're looking for someone who's ready to dive in, solve problems, and help us build the operational backbone of the company-so we can grow quickly and meet the increasing demand in the EV charging space. What you'll do:
Designing and leading all operational processes from scratch. Overseeing the entire delivery pipeline, from initial surveys to installation and long-term maintenance. Growing your team's size, skills, and culture to meet operational demands. Ensuring operational scalability and meeting aggressive delivery targets. Optimising supply chain and installation practices to improve efficiency. Leading on Health & Safety practices across the company and with external partners. About you:
Demonstrable leadership experience Flexible, strategic and proactive mindset NICEIC qualified electrician (or equivalent) Experienced establishing and managing sub-contracted supply chains EV or Energy Industry experience beneficial but not required Benefits: 25 days + bank holidays + 1 for your birthday + up to 1.5 days for each quarter you hit your goals.
