Our client is looking for a Project Manager for a 12 month FTC.
Leveraging purposeful leadership & an innate ability to collaborate with & motivate other you will be essential in driving the analysis & design of ongoing transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Developing & maintaining project plans & schedules, ensuring timely delivery within budget & quality constraints
- Facilitating regular stakeholder communication & reporting project status in alignment with policy & procedures
- Collaborating with third-party partners/suppliers to track & ensure seamless A&D; activity delivery
- Coordinating tasks among program teams, internal departments & external organisations
- Establishing & leading project teams to optimise delivery efficiency within a matrix management environment
Key Skills:
- Experience managing large-scale change & transformation programs
- Knowledge/Experience within wealth management & pensions industry
- Certification in Change Delivery (e.g. Prince2)
- Track record of successful solutions, teams & activities management
- Experience working with outsourced partners & providers
- Strong IT (Microsoft Suite) & negotiations skills
