We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Vice President (SVP) of Global Sales to lead our Buy-Side division, based in London. Role Overview: As the SVP of Global Sales, you will be responsible for spearheading the strategic growth of the buy-side sales division across multiple regions. You will drive new business development, expand existing client relationships, and lead a dynamic team of sales professionals. This role is central to our growth strategy, focusing on the promotion of our cutting-edge asset management and investment management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a global sales strategy for the buy-side market, focusing on asset managers, hedge funds, and private equity firms.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue growth and sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in the financial services sector.






- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive new business and expand our market share.
- Collaborate closely with internal product, marketing, and development teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and customer needs.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to senior management, helping to shape the company’s product strategy and go-to-market approach.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior sales leadership role, with a focus on buy-side financial institutions.
- Deep understanding of the financial services landscape, particularly asset management, private equity, and hedge funds.
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing large,





complex sales cycles within the fintech or software industry.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a global sales team.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new market opportunities and adapt to evolving market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment with a strong focus on delivering results.
