As the Off-Licence Shop Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our retail store specializing in alcoholic beverages and other products. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
Manage store layout, signage, and merchandising to optimize sales.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise staff, providing guidance and support.
Schedule shifts and manage employee performance.






Foster a positive work environment and motivate the team.

Inventory Control:

Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking products.
Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
Analyze sales trends to optimize product selection and pricing.

Customer Service:

Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Promote special offers and encourage customer loyalty.

Financial Management:

Monitor sales performance and prepare financial reports.
Manage budgets and control costs to achieve profitability.
Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate accounting.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the beverage or grocery sector.
